Our Mission

International Commercial Partners connects global capital with industrial real estate in the Southeastern United States. We help international manufacturing companies and institutions make confident, well-timed decisions on large-scale industrial real estate, connecting global capital with local partners, selecting the right sites, navigating county to state level incentives, and staying at the table from market entry through operation.

Industrial real estate decisions ripple through every part of a manufacturing business: labor, power, logistics, incentives, and total cost of occupancy all shape long-term performance. We bring data-driven rigor and genuine cross-cultural insight to those decisions, guiding global companies from first market analysis through site selection, negotiation, and occupancy to production.

Managing Partner

Anna Rohde Yuan leads the International Commercial Partners Industrial Group. With 20+ years of experience in global commercial real estate and occupier strategies, her expertise spans Asia, Europe, and North America, where she helps clients facilitate complex industrial real estate and occupier transactions. Anna connects international companies and capital with strategic U.S. opportunities. Services include site selection, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions and structuring joint ventures between international clients and local sponsors.

Her success in cross-border transactions is supported by her genuine multicultural insight and multilingual abilities. Having lived in seven countries, Anna brings practical global experience to every transaction, helping foreign companies establish U.S. locations and guiding them with property acquisitions and dispositions. She integrates data-driven analysis and Generative AI technology with market insights to optimize portfolio performance for institutional and private clients.

Anna built lasting international business relationships as former Vice President and founding member of Carolina's Chinese Chamber of Commerce and was instrumental in building the local business community's engagement with Southeast Asia. Her MBA from Edinburgh Business School, complemented by studies at London College of Accountancy and HeNan Institute of Finance and Economics, connects Eastern and Western business approaches. Clients appreciate Anna's attention to detail and cross-cultural business acumen.

Outside the office, she practices martial arts, skiing, and ice skating, applying the same focus and discipline to professional and athletic pursuits.

David G. Dostal

European Representative

David serves as International Commercial Partners' representative in Europe, connecting manufacturing companies and investors across Germany and the wider European market with industrial real estate opportunities in the Southeastern United States.

Based in Wiesbaden, Germany, David brings a rare combination of European real estate training and direct experience with U.S. institutional real estate standards. He has managed institutional real estate in Europe operating to American practices, work that has given him fluency in both German real estate practice and U.S. institutional expectations.

Formally trained in the German real estate profession as an Immobilienkaufmann, David has experience spanning leasing, property and asset management, and the technical side of real estate.

A native German speaker fluent in English at a professional level, David is the firm's anchor in Europe, helping international companies navigate the distance, language, and expectations on both sides of the Atlantic as they move toward the U.S. Southeast.

Outside the office, David coaches football, bringing the same belief in teamwork and steady preparation to the pitch that he brings to every client relationship.
